Daily Duties at Pei Genesis:
Territory Responsibilities – Alabama, Mississippi and Western Tennessee - Open, develop, engineer, manage and maintain new Connector opportunities, Power supplies and Cable Assembly opportunities for new & current customers. Operate cross functionally to coordinate and direct the efforts of engineering, purchasing and program management to develop and deliver required electronic components on time and within budget. Worked with Military, Medical and Industrial end customers to help engineer several cable assemblies and custom power supplies. Responsible for the life cycle of product, from concept to shipping product through end of life. Took ownership of existing customers who were unhappy with quality and service, Built strong customer relationships with several levels of management throughout facility, managed product development and deliveries, increased products being supplied to customers and increased profit by15% Generated over 40 accounts in the 1st year
