 Medical Technologist principal duties                             Organizes daily work congruent with schedules and work patterns of the subsection .                              Ensures optimum levels of supplies are available to provide interrupted services.                              Assists in ordering supplies and maintains the supply inventory system.                                  Performs the duties and responsibilities of a Medical Technologist.                              Assist in the evaluation of new methodologies /equipment.                             Performs quality control procedures in all instruments and tests in accordance with                             the College of American Pathologists (CAP).                             Orients new employees in accordance with laboratory guidelines .                            Supports in teaching and training of Hematopathology  Residents and Medical Technology interns.                            Rotates in all areas of Hematology,Coagulation,and Blood Bank Transfusion Medicine.
