Project Leader responsible for overseeing creation of new design specification package for Ford Motor Company. Managed Cross functional team to eliminate customers top quality issues. Documented and championed efforts to manage and track implementation of open items from Chinese Manufacturing teams visit to Tecvox.(Process, Quality, Documentation and Supply Chain improvements) Negotiate and quote new cost structure for current assemblies as well as new products Operate cross functionally to manage, coordinate and direct the efforts with engineering, manufacturing, planning, testing and quality to achieve and maintain on time and consistent quality delivery of all products. Influential in team turnaround of underperforming project teams; met expectations of timing and delivery of a quality product and instituted individual team-member accountability resulting in increased revenues and next model year business wins. Initiate, maintain and approve documentation for program BOM, DFMEA, DVP&R, PCN, assumption sheets, 8-D, PPAP, APQP
