Daily Duties at Miller Coors Rocky Mountain Bottle Company:

• Maintains the efficiency and reliability of all the glass manufacturing quality inspection equipment by thoroughly detailing the set-up and making sensitivity adjustments. • Partake in the improvement of 5S+S work flow processes, LEAN improvements, job risk analysis, and continuous enhancement progressions • Execute testing and repairs to electronic acquisition, communication, and demodulation subsystems on tool electronic chassis to correct faults within electronic boards and components. • Troubleshooting of mechanical, minor electrical components, including a variety of optical gauging equipment. Documents and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis, implements corrective actions, and communicates corrective actions. • Creates work orders through SAP system in collaboration with area support personnel to address items of safety, quality, productivity and GMP. • Provides planning input and support for job changes, autonomous/preventative maintenance. • Participates in shift change meetings to provide relevant information to on-coming shift, and receive information from off-going shift. • Provides accurate shift records and reports, and review of line information for analysis, trend identification and initiates preventative measures relative to repeat problems.
