Managed top-tier IT engineers, which included SAP Basis, security, email, Active Directory, and SharePoint support specialists. Provided project leadership and direction for team members specifically and the department generally. Interfaced with various entities throughout the enterprise to ensure IT support and growth for the business. As a working technical manager, provided hands-on education, architecture design, and support for team members and systems.
