Daily Duties at University Of Minnesota Crookston:
Director of Operations and Player Personnel. Organized and prepared the budget. Monitored a 320,000 dollar budget. On court coaching, public relations, hiring of assistant coaches. Supervising of assistants, trainers, 3 workstudy students, and managers. Worked with fundraising, community events, and team academics. In charge of scheduling of games and transportation to those games. Counselor and academic advisor. Identified, evaluated and correspond with recruits and the people close to them. Arrange official and unofficial visits to campus. Give tours of campus facilities and surrounding communities. Decide and offer athletic scholarship amounts. I worked closely with NCAA compliance officer to make sure we recruited and played by the NCAA rules and the rules of the University of Minnesota Crookston.
