Daily Duties at Healthcare Services Group Inc:
To generate and establish an effective relationship with the client. Direct the Environmental staff in healthcare facilities.Assesses the need for conservation work within the district in cooperation with various federal, state and local agencies. Approve and signs all monthly accounts payable. Ensures the proper maintenance and use of all district equipment and facilities. Establish and maintain budgets with the client and company Interact and coordinate with the client and company to enhance the appearance of the facility.Meet Monthly compliance deadlines for all accounts.Perform HR responsibilities including; payroll, hiring, interviewing, conducting new hire orientations and overseeing the training of all new personnel.Maintain employee performance records and benefit accrual logs. Coordinate monthly district meetings and maintain occupational safety records. Developed job descriptions, work schedules, and project calendars. Managed housekeeping, laundry and janitorial accounts within Skilled Nursing, Alzheimer’s and residential care facilities.Experience managing multi-site operations; 6 locations within the Region.
