Daily Duties at Georgia Retardation Center:
I was in charge of treating 50 clients and supervising 20 staff members. I worked as part of a multimodal team, presenting behavior treatment plans to be implemented by staff. I incorporated the input of various treatment specialists, such as psychiatrists, nurses, teachers, social workers, dieticians, and provided a seamless treatment plan. I was also responsible for psychological testing, and filling out requisite paperwork so that government monies would be available for clients.
