Provided effective instruction for assigned classes ensuring maximum participation and learning by using the techniques and procedures required. Thoroughly reviewed all class material including the lesson plan, student outlines, instructor preparation guide, and media ensuring that these documents were accurate, and the references were current. Engaged in the professional growth of Staff Non Commissioned Officers and Non Commissioned Officers in a company of 180 Marines. Provided guidance and advice platoon commanders, company commanders, and battalion staff of over 1,000 Marines and Sailors. Developed, managed, implemented, and revised course curriculum, periods of instruction, and standard operating procedures for Motorized, Mechanized, and Heliborne raid courses.
