Responsible for the profitability and successful business operations of 11 video rental stores. Ensured a consistent communication cycle was executed by conducting monthly District Business Reviews with Store Management. Oversaw Store Managers in effectively utilizing store labor schedule, per the staffing model as well as consistent achievement of other cost controls. Evaluated employees, and provided developmental opportunities to increase retention of store employees. Displayed, promoted, and effectively communicated the service expectations and strategies to deliver superior service satisfaction to enhance customer experience.
