Daily Duties at Scientific Research Corporation:

Program Manager Fredericksburg, VA 2/10 – 4/14 -Directed all aspects of acquisition life-cycle for multiple expeditionary SIGINT and Electronic Warfare (EW) programs for Marine Forces operating in forward deployed theaters. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of system and subsystem development for four programs with a cumulative budget in excess of $50 million. Recognized by programmatic entities as an expert on programmatic and operational requirements, test and evaluation, and training. -Responsible for coordination, leadership and direction of a broad range and mix of 60 engineers, technicians and acquisition support personnel in the execution of Expeditionary Intelligence and Communications related tasking and programs. -Leveraged assets against changing requirements to facilitate smooth/seamless transition of personnel across projects. Identified shortfalls and providing leadership with precise personnel requirements to fulfill needs. -Recognized for exceptional written and oral communication skills coupled with vast experience in presenting decision making information and communicating with Senior Military Officers and Government leads. Developed a Program Management Plans based on Government Task Orders and Statements of Work. -Prepared and executed milestone briefings in support of SPAWAR Integrated Product Team leads. - Provided timely insight through analysis and presentations to qualify and support program objectives for engineering and program management offices for DOD 5000 acquisition milestones.
