Daily Duties at Us Air Force 15th Air Wing:
Director/Program Manager for the Installation's(read-city) with duties to develop and deploy a Performance Review and Improvement Strategy system that filled the gap between strategy and execution. In addition, I had the responsibility to mentor, instruct, train, and oversee the instruction of the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints (TOC) body of knowledge (BoK) for business unit, division, and corporate entities accomplishing Rapid Improvement Events
