Daily Duties at Sprint / Nextel:
I was hired to lead a six week technical training class with 20 -25 new hires in a classroom setting. Track attendance, test scores and development of new hires. I ended up becoming the Sr. Trainer, was responsible to train the trainers on new products and ensured their training information was updated with new products or procedures. Sat in the trainers classes to ensure consistency was delivered, and trainer was on schedule. As a result I was able to act as manager in the absence of our manager when she went on her honeymoon, and was able to run the department without any issues. Denver was recognized and one of the leading training centers and was always asked to travel to other locations to assist other call centers.
