Daily Duties at Bridgeway Health Services:
Administer delivery of patient services and compliance with agency policies. Managed scheduling. Planning and implementing staff education programs for all professional and paraprofessional staff that provide patient care.Collaborated and supported Quapi on various aspects of compliance. Administered the maintenance of medical records, assuring accuracy ,completeness and compliance with licensing regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.Participated in the recruitment,hiring and career development of interdisciplinary team members.Shared in providing or arranging the provision of care to patients and families as necessary 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.Performed specific projects as directed by the Administrator of Clinical Services.
