Daily Duties at Navy Federal Credit Union:
Interview and counsel clients through mortgage process. Clarify complexities of the Home Affordable Refinance Program(HARP); Request required documentation needed to complete the application in a timely manner; and evaluate, personalize and recommend financing alternatives. Maintain contact with the clients responding to inquiries and resolving issues regarding the loan process. Assures compliance with Federal Laws, Navy Federal Credit Union, and NCUA guidelines and regulations. Proficient in multiple application software platforms including; Unifi, UAD, Microsoft Office suite, MortFax, E-client)
