Daily Duties at Computer Science Corporation:

1. The leads will establish embedded relationships with designated units and provide the standard package of skill-sets to support the unit TMC architecture. 2. Provide weekly reports to the Regional / Theater leads that address: systems supported, issues/resolution, open issues, manning, trends etc. 3. Report CCIR to Regional or Theatre lead in a timely manner. 4. Will be highly knowledgeable and proficient in the unit's: Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP); Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); relationships with senior and mid-level managers, leaders, and soldiers; unit garrison and tactical architecture; and, training and deployment schedules. 5. Provide the leadership of each unit a single point of contact for all of their required PdM TMC system support, reporting required enhancements, maintenance requests, and possible future releases functions and capabilities. Coordinate support with the assigned Digital Support Engineer (DSE). 6. Ensure personnel manning and personnel replacement plans meet standard skill-set requirements. 7. Develop and manage the technical and functional training of the assigned FSR team. Manage and track the certification and development of each assigned FSR; ensure cross training on the TMC suite of systems. 8. Monitor and report support trends using the TMC Task Tracker to capture support, equipment, and software issues. 9. Manage TMC provided equipment. 10. Monitor the status of fielded / loaned TMC equipment. 11. Be prepared to support new fielding of hardware and software while minimizing the operational impact to supported units.
