Daily Duties at Alchemy Power Inc:

Setup and perform several stress-related simulations and multiple levels of verification to optimize for structural stability, impact of wind forces on structural elements; and evaluate possible design alternatives being developed by Alchemy Power Inc. .Assist other technical staff in developing structural design of products using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or ProE. These tasks are performed under the direct guidance and supervision of the manager. .Read and interpret blue prints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports as they relate to design elements. .Manager will guide employee to set up design and testing parameters. .Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunction based on simulation results or research that tests and analyzes the feasibility, design operation, and performance of the actual machine or the machine models simulated in software. .Catalog the results of all testing, which in turn will be analyzed by the manager and jointly develop and test models of alternate designs, processing methods, operating conditions, and access feasibility of these methods. .Periodically simulate and check to see if simulations continue to execute in the computers; verify whether there is convergence on the results. .Based on input from engineering manager or other engineers, employee will need to test models of alternate designs to assess feasibility, operating conditions, and effects of possible new designs and modifications.
