Daily Duties at Christus Health Gulf Coast:
Regional Vice President with full responsibility for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of programs and activities related to mission integration, advocacy, ministry formation, ethics, Catholic identity and values. Ensure continuing education on mission, values, advocacy, compliance and ethics for Board, management, physicians, associates and volunteers. Oversees, directs, and provides leadership for risk management activities within the region and implements centralized approach to risk identification, finance, and analysis reporting. Responsible for the regional and administrative oversight of Mission, Spiritual Care Services, Organizational Ethics, Compliance, Risk Management, Advocacy, Outreach Ministries, Sister Services and Patient Advocates. Ensures fiscal responsibility for operational budget. Identifies potential strategic opportunities within the market and ensures implementation of the strategies and tactics in alignment with the organization’s strategy and direction.
