Underwrote all commercial loan requests and managed existing commercial loan portfolio for the Central Florida region  Prepared and analyzed business financial spreads and prepared business and personal cash flows to adequately assess loan risk and rating  Prepared thorough written analysis of all new loan requests, renewals and annual reviews relative to financial strengths and weaknesses of the borrowers and guarantors, the adequacy of proposed collateral and requested loan structure as well as offered alternative loan structure  Have knowledge of commercial real estate appraisals and reviews  Gathered information on actual and prospective borrowers through inquiries and investigations obtained from trade suppliers, financial institutions, professional firms or individuals, web-based data, and in-house information resources  Adhered to existing turnaround standards  Participated in quarterly Loan Management Review meetings to adequately assess the risk rating and monitor certain problem loans by recommending stay / maintain or exit loan strategies  Served as liaison between sales team, management and appraisers  Trained new Commercial Bankers on the bank’s credit policies and procedures
