Underwrote new loan requests for commercial real estate, unsecured term notes, letters of credit, lines of credit, Equipment Lease loans and SBA Express loans and reviewed renewals for the Client Development and Small Business Banking national groups using traditional underwriting procedures for overall feasibility and general fit with bank risk guidelines  Analyzed business and personal financial statements, tax returns and credit reports  Provided Business, Personal and Global Cash flows and Fixed Charge Coverage spreadsheets, Risk Rating Scorecards, Pricing Models, Term Sheets, Commitment Letters and Industry Analysis  Prepared streamline Credit Approval Memorandum addressing business operations, back ground and ownership, loan request, risk rating, strengths and/or weaknesses, financial analysis, business and industry risks with mitigating factors; collateral adequacy, alternative loan structures, and provided decision/ recommendation including work out strategies on relationships downgraded and transferred to Special Assets or for Credit Risk Management due to customer operating in an industry designated by the bank as high risk industry or due to loan request or total relationship exposure exceeding my lending authority  Effectively monitored and prioritized work load using global underwriting data base system  Consistently met and exceeded established turn-around time  Exercised direct customer contact to expedite underwriting and decision making process  Established excellent working relationship with Sales Team, Management, Peers and Credit Risk Managers  Participated routinely in special group projects focusing on improving processes and procedures on a national and bank wide level
