Daily Duties at Southwestern Bell (Att):
Sell the idea of how important the internet is to the companies business resulting in an upsell of new and faster internet connectivity with new complementary Cisco equipment. Sell website design and hosting. Sell new delivery of voice and fax lines and the new telephone equipment to support the new delivery. And increase the amount of legacy products. And inside cable to companies to support new speeds. . Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/ort reports. Assist client in writing RFP's. maintain accurate records including sales call reports, expense reimbursement, billing invoices and other documentation. Actively manage account managers call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time efficient manner. Assist Account Managers in maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner. Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities and other research for account managers. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base for account managers
