Daily Duties at Bbva Compass Bank:
Manage high-valued and high potential customers through portfolio management. Track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams. Manage the Partnership Banking for the entire branch. Develop highly organized planning of daily, week and monthly sales. Maintain an exceptional level of customer services while maximizing sales in deposit, loans and investment product sales inside and outside the assigned portfolio. Deepen customer relationships through cross-selling and up-selling to increase retention and income generation with each portfolio customer. Develop marketing scripts to facilities tele-consulting sales calls. Identify cross sell opportunities for mass affluent customers. Provide an exceptional level of service to retail preferred customers to improve customer experience. Partner with product departments to effectively maximize customer relationships by managing prospective clients' financial goals, closing sales, and developing and maintaining new customer relationships by building a referral network
