Daily Duties at Jpmorgan Chase Bank:
Assist clients with answers to questions related to the institutions Policies and Procedures. Manage a budget and expenditure report for my branch. Meet with customers periodically to evaluate and determine customers’ needs and satisfaction. Oversee the entire branch and have the ultimate responsibility for the branch’s performance - both sales and operations. Manage and improve branch performance, including Branch Profit & Loss, Service Scores, Sales Campaign Results, Product Value Credits (PVCs), Teller Referrals. Regularly communicate branch performance and priorities with all employees. Responsible for making sure that branch team delivers high-level customer service. Supervise and coach Personal Bankers to acquire and deepen customer relationships. Grow the business by understanding branch performance, diagnosing any issues, building a Branch Action Plan, and inspecting with thorough follow-up. Conduct huddles and debriefs to recognize success, share best practices, and set the focus for the day. Responsible for hiring and retaining employees and ensuring the right mix of sales and service employee are hired. Develop and coach employees and hold employees accountable for overall performance. Responsible for ensuring that all employees follow policies and procedures and operate within the guidelines of the bank’s Code of Conduct.
