Responsible for the performance of the Sales Force and the Self-Serve Kiosks located in Northern CA/ New York as well as leading, developing and running the daily operations of the Call Center to support end-consumers, the sales forces as well as all customer's transactions under the business line B2B related with Check cashing, bill payments, money order, money transfers and phone minutes top-ups through self-serve kiosks.
