Initiated, managed and conducted continuous improvement projects to affect processes resulting in improved quality, efficiency and profitability. Worked with senior management to determine strategic priorities, conduct analyses to identify opportunities, select projects, assign team members and implement projects. Used and led the adoption of the FASTER (Flow, Analyze, Solve, Target, Execute & Review) Continuous Improvement methodology that was internally developed, as well as other strategic development and continuous improvement practices.
