Through developing a sales team and as much being responsible for business development in the Medical/Pulmonology group, I was responsible to drive sales by getting my geographies to find and treat more patients. This was accomplished through my targeted selection to find, develop and lead the right people while also being responsible by generating relationships and providing business development for the Region.
