Daily Duties at Phoenix Cosmopolitan Group:
Provide the full spectrum of Office Management and Human Resources support for a multi-discipline consulting firm. Serve as first point of contact for all organization personnel issues, vendors and potential hires. Oversee and facilitate all administrative office functions; supply ordering, coordination of conference calls, preparation of office communication, meeting scheduling, and travel for Executive Leadership Team. Manage all legal and compliance issues; perform executive level consulting in organizational development; coaching; results oriented training; development; implementation; and strategic planning. Plan, direct and deliver all facets of recruiting throughout the organization. Design, develop and implement local and national recruiting plans. Developed and implemented comprehensive talent management strategy. Restructured policies and procedures and brought firm up to HR standards and compliance. Work hand in hand with CEO to establish long- term goals and objectives for the organization. Supervise all Human Resources functions to maximize productivity within the organization.
