Daily Duties at Roc Appare Group Llc:

•Oversee all ecommerce and online marketing initiatives for Rocawear.com. •Responsible for launching site on Magento Enterprise Platform – Launched site in 90 Days. •Oversee the creative development of branded campaigns to be used, both, for on and off-site marketing initiatives. •Responsible for the management and allocation of marketing budget. •Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of marketing/media plans. •Implemented all online marketing campaigns, including Paid Search, SEO, Email and Affiliate Programs. •Online Marketing campaigns were responsible for driving 60% of Sales at an ROAS of 6:1. •Responsible for all product photography and on-site content/merchandising strategy to increase site conversion, Average Order Value and Units per Transaction. •Implemented an online customer service team to handle all online inquiries. •Responsible for all Front End updates including, markdowns, POS, promos, design and creative updates. •Worked with Creative, Buying/Planning & Project Management in creative direction for marketing initiatives, including new site launches, redesigns, seasonal/trend landing pages, etc. •Responsible for identifying new channels and trends within ecommerce including Google updates such as Panda, Penguin and Hummingbird, new social media outlets and new Display Media opportunities i.e. Look-A-Likes. •Responsible for forecasting, budget management and allocation and company PNL. •Responsible for creating local strategy for Brick & Mortar locations including the creation of unique content for each store location, making sure each store location was listed in relevant online directories such as Google Places, Four Square and YellowPages.com, as well as the inclusion of each location within Paid Search Ad Extensions.
