Daily Duties at Infinity Technology, Inc.:

As CEO of Infinity, provided its vision / direction and sought new markets and business opportunities. Grew the business from 2 to 200 employees / contractors, procured $100M in contracts and successfully sold company. Developed relationships with potential customers and other contractors and converted them into teaming agreements. Maintained banking relationships, consummated credit lines for 23 years. Attracted and worked with investors and managed company profit, loss and finances. Managed the human resources, accounting, proposal, business development, engineering and fabrication department heads. Monitored the political and business environment and as CEO, was totally responsible for the viability of the company. As CEO I had total responsibility for the: Government, Commercial and National Markets. Performed Earned Value Management, Work Flow and Critical Path for Mission Critical Programs. Received awards from the SBA (National Subcontractor of the Year FY2000) and NASA’s Women owned Business of the Year (FY2003). Represented the Space Industry to Congress to promote the continuation of Space Exploration and sat on Congressional panels to advance small business participation. Infinity (for 17 years) provided the lead engineering efforts for the Design, Fabrication, Integration, Maintenance, and Operational Support of Sensors and Countermeasure Testing Systems for the Mission Critical F-22 Fighter Jet. Infinity had the lead engineering effort in the Systems Integration Lab, Air Combat Simulation Lab (Electronic Warfare), V&V and T&E. Infinity developed and executed a multi-phased program plan to design, fabricate, integrate, test & verify, troubleshoot, maintain and operate hardware and software for several avionics systems including: Electronic Warfare , Radar, Sensors (simulated sensor front ends, fire control sensors, sensor cuing and data fusion), Models and Simulators (500 friendly and hostile aircraft, air to air and surface to air missiles, surveillance, early warning and fire control radar, C4I sites and anti-aircraft artillery). In accordance with specific Air Force -approved Technical Performance Specifications (TPS), Infinity ensured that all OSHA standards were met during design, fabrication and integration; as well as providing operational Electronic Warfare test system procedures that include preventive maintenance guidelines and visited AFOTEC in Albuquerque, Edwards Air Force Base, Marietta Flight line and all other program labs to assist the government and train appropriate personnel. Infinity also ensured that all performance specifications were met (e.g. MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464 & EW Test Requirements, MIL STD 2167A, DO1786 and CMMI Level 3). Infinity has submitted detailed test system proposal for government review, including all designs, technical integration approaches, identified equipment for integration and fabrication, derived from the TPS and other Stability Testing Requirements. Infinity provided the Air Force materials and equipment during the fabrication/integration stage and met “agreed-upon” TPS performance benchmarks and scheduled milestones. Infinity also Developed Real Time Data Collection & Analysis Tools, Virtual Electronic Combat Training Systems and Training Mission Planning Systems. Other capabilities provided were systems integration; test planning and test line setup; computer maintenance; test line configuration (hardware and software) to ensure test success; troubleshooting system problems: isolation to system under test, test gear, or test setup; and procedures.
