Supervise and train quality inspectors. Ensure process capabilities are being measured in both the Lite and Sill plants. Work with the production team to uncover root causes for product defects and develop action plan to eliminate. Teach plant team and production supervisors on the application of quality tools. Ensure quality procedures are documented and maintained.
