Daily Duties at Special Customer Access (Sca) :

As a Project Manager for the SCA team I was the lead contact for the US West Region for all access related solutions and projects for Sprint business customers. Working with Sales executives I researched and worked with Local Exchange Carriers and Alternate Access Vendors and Sprint to create a solution for the customer(s) that was cost effective and solutions and met their telecommunication and data needs effectively and in a timely manner. This required extensive knowledge of Sprint and other provider’s networks and TDM, CDMA, Ethernet, and other telecom technologies. Along with managing Access Solutions I also managed customized non productized solutions for customers that would require Sprint to provide oversight of the solution and network activities. Managed multiple cross functional network and access teams both within Sprint and other telecom companies. These projects were multimillion dollar solutions for large customers such as Scientific Games, Hawaiian Airlines, Samsung
