Screened Construction leads Web sites detecting bidding opportunities Gathered set of plans,specifications and addendums, job contract quotes, materials list and labor requirements neccesary for bidding Completed and submitted estimate proposal to GC or Owner on time and based on specs Assisted Project Manager during document control phase; completing contract documents, project permits from governmental agencies and coordinating required inspections Gathered roofing material samples and specifications Assisted Project Manager in creating preliminary construction schedule
