Note: Because several plants I worked at were closed, I actually worked for Inland, Gaylord, Stone and Smurfit-Stone during this time period. Responsibilities: Customize, implement and maintain ISO 9000 and AIB (American Institute of Baking) programs as well as other company developed quality, environmental and safety systems to the whole plant. Organize and lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis using a variety of problem solving tools (including 6 Sigma tools such as 5S, TPM 5 Whys and SPC).
