Daily Duties at Ici Services:
•Assigned as Senior Executive Assistant and Program Support, In-Service Aircraft Carriers Program Office responsible for facilitation, daily execution and planning of all program office administrative functions. •Performed analytic and administrative duties involving interface and interaction with Executive Staff, Program Managers, and Project Team Leaders both internal and external to Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). •Coordinated briefings, provides justification and recommendations while forecasting organization planning. •Provided analytic analysis, recommendations and review of programs under the cognizance of the In-Service Aircraft Carriers Program Office. • Managed the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager schedules, travel budget, to include additional duties and responsibilities to provided executive support via In-Service Aircraft satellite assets located at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Newport News.
