Daily Duties at Solace Foodservices:
Drove measurable performance improvements in operations for 12 restaurant companies and 100+ business units, supporting imperatives to slash operating costs, grow bottom line revenue, and set the stage for continued profitable growth. Designed, launched, and positioned 6 new brands for profitability. Managed 6+ management and 200+ general staff (FOH/BOH) per unit. Directly oversaw strategic planning, budgeting, P&L management, inventory management, operations and finance systems, leadership development, team building and training, human resources, product development and pricing, sales forecasting, marketing and promotions, procurement, purveyor/supplier contract negotiations (100+), restaurant design and build-out, brand development, and menu development (25+ complete menus and 1,000 unique recipes) on 4-6 month contracts.
