Spearheaded R&D, product design, third party validation, proof of concept, and quality assurance; oversaw full scope from R&D to production to manufacturing. Managed budget for R&D allocations and supply chain negotiations. Sourced resources, suppliers, and companies; established quality bidding/pricing; approved purchase orders; oversaw logistics; and ensured guarantees on lead time and quality. Partnered with 2 company peers and 6+ external/client engineers; supervised 20 direct reports. Current client contracts/negotiations: Thyssen Krupp Verhaven (inland shipping client with plans to outfit 91 engines on 13 vessels), BNSF & Union Pacific (rail logistics; in negotiations), and The Royal Dutch Navy (shipping and power generation; in negotiations).
