Resident assessments. supervising LPN/CNA staff, writing 120 day orders for ongoing care, following up on residents that were hospitalized or in rehab to eval for needs upon return to ALF. Meeting w families. Staff meetings. When DON returned, I performed mostly resident assessments, attended to urgent needs of residents.
