Directly reported to CEO. Assisted with budgeting. Administrator over Directors of each department. Coordinated with host hospital to maintain a great working relationship. Established great working relationship with physicians. Patient advocate. Ensured clinical and staffing needs are met. Ensures that nursing standards are being upheld and met through annual competencies. Actively involved in employment process of new employees. Actively involved in termination of employees. Ensures that the operation complies with standards and regulations. 6 FTE Directors. 112 FTE Employees in various departments.
