Managed eight Payroll Coordinators responsible for processing the payroll for over 5,200 associates in California. Served as the region leader for the implementation of all payroll related initiatives. Ensured the utilization of standardized payroll processes and evaluated practices to provide recommendations for improvement. Confirmed the accuracy of all payroll related earnings codes, tax codes, and deduction information within the ADP system. Ensured that all federal, state, and local taxes, Social Security contributions, employee benefit contributions, and other required deductions were accurately withheld from individual pay checks.
