Daily Duties at Auto Nation, Inc.:
Job responsibilities included: working in partnership with the General Manager on all aspects of the operation, both financial and sales related. Areas of management included cash flow, expense control, factory initiatives, and financial forecasting. Managed a monthly sales volume in excess of 150 new and used vehicle sales with a total employee headcount of 85 and annual sales revenue of $17,000,000.00. Supervised an office staff of eight direct reports and was responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, contracts, inventory, payroll, and receptionists. Performed all month end close processes, collaborating with all members of teh dealership management team. Ensured the accuracy of all financial information reported to teh Western Region Office.
