Daily Duties at Ibm Corporation:

Quality Assurance Team Leader, UniData and UniVerse database builder, ClearCase Administrator, UniData SQL tester, Tracking of all U2 Database projects. In addition, I began working directly with U2 Customer Support to handle critical customer situations. Support often needed specific software installed on a specific Unix/Linux platform for debugging a customer's issue. I often fielded questions regarding whether certain checkins had been applied to all the affected versions of software source code from both Engineering and Customer Support. I searched the Checkin Logs to determine which versions had the fix, and whether other versions still required the new checkins. These decisions had to be based on the product life cycle of each product version, as to whether the it was appropriate or needed to apply the fix to that particular version of the product.
