I was responsible for public safety and crime reduction, area cleaning and maintenance, homeless support and outreach, infrastructure maintenance, repair and upgrades, landscaping, tree planting, area beautifcation, snow and ice removal, hiring staff, managing contracts, purchasing supplies and equipment, supporting events, and maintaining, improving relations with community members, and responding to requests for support from property managers, BID members, staff, and the Board.
