Daily Duties at St. Elizabeths Hospital :
I was responsible for all aspects of facility and grounds maintenance, as well as capital projects. I lead a staff of 10 including professional, admin, and technical staff. I was responsible for commercial kitchen equipment maintenance, medical equipment, and for for maintenance and proper functioning of physical security and fire protection equipment and systems. I managed operation and maintenance of the HVAC systems, the back up power generators, and over 20 contracts for the full range of facility infrastructure.
