Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman Corp. (Formerly Westinghouse Electric Corp.):

Senior Program Manager Underwater Defense Systems managing $100M annual budget supporting NAVAIR AQS-14 and ALQ-141 production, spare and repair programs including product life cycle and technology improvement roadmaps. I was responsible for providing leadership and direction to a cross functional team of over fifty (50) employees including engineering, quality, operations and program office personnel supporting US Navy unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV) programs. I managed customer business development, as well as product design, development, integration and test, and ultimate deployment of classified and unclassified UUV’s. I utilized integrated milestone schedules and EVMS to monitor business area cost, schedule and technical performance. I managed customer field support and depot level integrated logistic support.
