Daily Duties at Raytheon Company:
Senior Subcontract Program Manager responsible for over $50M in annual business sales on Patriot and Zumwalt Programs. I was assigned cross functional subcontract management teams consisting of at minimum four (4) employees including engineering, quality assurance, operations and finance personnel, as well as subject matter experts as required supporting the acquisition of target detection systems, communication systems and information technology services and hardware upgrades. Each subcontract management team was responsible for subcontract cost performance, hardware or service delivery schedule and overall technical performance of the assigned subcontractor.
