• Oversaw all personnel issues. • Wrote employee manual covering issues including disciplinary procedures, code of conduct, FMLA policy and benefits information. • Introduced organization’s first formal performance review program and interview process. • Prepared and maintaind company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. • Rebuilt a benefits program by writing new policies addressing employee leave, retirement, and reimbursements. • Implemented and oversaw all employee benefits. • Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and training & development. • Prepared presentations in PowerPoint for orientations, in-house courses and seminars, and weekly lectures. • Implemented structural systems to generate growth and the development of existing departments. • Oversaw all organizational development, marketing, forecasting, financing, human resources, public relations, community relationship development, and daily operations. • Developed annual budgets, providing direct oversight to financial matters and implemented purchasing and reimbursement systems. • Implemented a personal development plan for all staff. • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding employment verification, personnel policies and procedures and other related information in a prompt and professional manner. • Decreased office expenditures 15% by implementing needed controls. • Decreased the annual budget by 18% by implementing cost saving measures.
