Daily Duties at California Hospital Medical Center:

The first year I was there, I was responsible for recruitment of all licensed healthcare personnel except physicians. Thereafter, I moved to the ICU where I provided critical care nursing services to patients in a 24 bed, mixed-use ICU. I floated to all units of the hospital except NICU, PICU, and L&D. I also mentored nursing students from USC.
