Administration of full range of medications including IV medications deemed to dangerous to give at a lower level of care. Use, monitoring, and care of central lines, pulmonary artery catheters, ventriculostomy catheters, intravenous pacemakers, and various other types of drains. assisting MD with bedside procedures, transporting and monitoring patient for all out-of-unit procedures and tests, providing and monitoring intravenous hyperalimentation and enteral nutrition, arranging and attending care conferences among doctors, healthcare team members, and patient's representatives, providing other general nursing care as required.
