worked primarily as a technician to begin my tenure there and than progressed rapidly towards earning my level II certification. Towards the last four years there I achieved my supervisor certification and completed my tenure there as a lead supervisor.

You would likely be dissatisfied with a workplace that is quiet, cold, or otherwise not particularly social.
