Daily Duties at Loan Care Servicing Center, Inc:
I was responsible for managing 5 Vice Presidents with 175 indirect staff in 2 operations site for residential, commercial, consumer, and seller finance loan portfolios. The combined portfolio was a combined $25 billion in size. I oversaw a Profit and Loss budget of $12M with revenues of $20M. Provided and presented monthly executive financial and operational summary to the Division President as well as my peers within the organization. This included Quality Audits, Legal, and Human Resources. Worked closely with Human Resources regarding recruiting strategies for new employees, non-performing employees, and any policy changes. Collaborated with Legal and Compliance regarding changes or new government (state or national) regulations to ensure the organization is adhering to the changes. Worked with my Account Management Team to complete all request for proposals (a.k.a - RFP) for potential new clients as well as provide pricing for each services to provide. Oversaw and tracked all technology projects that was being worked between the respective Operational areas and the Technology team.
